Our Corporate Culture

As an employee of Response Insurance, you'll be part of a unique corporate culture developed on a series of principles that make our company a great place to work. We admire and value friendliness, integrity, hard work and the pursuit of excellence, and we encourage each employee to be creative and innovative in every aspect of his or her job.

We also recognize that our company is a community, which is why our employees believe in giving back to our community as well. In June 2000, the mayor of Suisun City, California, home to Response's West Coast office, declared a "Response Insurance Weekend" to honor the company's community service. On both coasts, we participate in a number of charitable events such as the Human Race, where each employee can raise money to donate to the charity of his or her choice. We have also received an award recognizing Response employees for their fund-raising success in this event. In addition, we are a proud sponsor of Back-to-School Clothes for kids.

In this event, we raise money to purchase new school clothes and school supplies for needy children. We have proudly sponsored several children who have been dressed for school-year success.

Our employees not only work hard together, but they play hard together, too. We have several organized sports teams, such as softball, basketball and volleyball. We also enjoy having our families join together in the fun, at company-sponsored outings, and events.

We are proud of our Corporate Culture and as Response continues to grow, we will always be looking for more people who share these values.
