Meriden CT – September 30, 2004 |   For the second year in a row, the Response Insurance Group, a growing direct-to-the-consumer auto insurer, was ranked “number one” for having the fewest number of complaints, according to the Connecticut Insurance Department’s recently released report.

The entire Response Insurance Group was found to have not a single “justified,” or even “questionable,” complaint against it by the Connecticut Insurance Department in any of the rated categories, which included claims, policy service, sales, marketing, underwriting, and other potential areas of complaint.
